Summary: This course introduces the basic concepts of computer systems ranging from hardware to software applications. It involves theory and practical lessons. Any person is free to enroll (public course).Schedule: It is covered in any time when a participant wants to learn. Each lesson has got its own schedule in hours.
Prerequisites: The student should be able to read and write English.
Main Goal: To introduce knowledge and skills to learners on how to use computer sofware applications and hardware systems.
Objectives: By the end of this course the learners should able to:
- run different software applications
- configure hardware systems and troubleshoot some hardware problems
- differentiate between various software applications and hardware systems
- use the Internet facilities
Technical Needs: The student is supposed to have access to a PC with different application software. (see Requirements)
Online Lessons: Computer Hardware System, Computer Software System, Operating Systems, Application Programs/Packages and Network & Internet. (see Lessons)
